It's time to start a new year 2010 and a new goal.
After watching another heartbreaking loss by the Minnesota Vikings in the NFC championship game. I decided this year I'm going to focus more on me and less on external things.
Got an email from my cousin Keith asking me if I'll run the Denver Rock 'n' Roll Marathon. That sounds great it's in October of 2010. I hope you join us.
